Would you like to train staff, volunteers, teachers in supplementary schools?
To deliver NRCSE accredited training a trainer must complete three training days, demonstrate their experience of teaching adults, and have knowledge of supplementary education. Trainers/tutors who have worked in schools and local authorities, and have experience of adult education as well as experience of the learning environment, classroom management, and teaching and learning are encouraged to become NRCSE trainers.
Go to our events pages to find information about the train-the-trainer programme and next available course dates.
Once you have successfully completed our Train-the-trainer programme, you will be able to deliver the NRCSEs accredited courses yourself and/or for NRCSE.
As well as providing OCNWMR course registration and administration, and course assessment and moderation for your self-delivery courses, we also provide regular update sessions and resources for you to download. To ensure that the delivery of NRCSE courses is of the highest standard we do ask you to deliver work with at least one supplementary school and attend one refresher training day per year to maintain your status.
