Each school can bring up to two representatives, please let us know names in advance.

Schools must bring their portfolios to the venue before 12.30 on 2 November, or give them to Ertanch Hidayettin earlier that week.

12.00 – 12.15          Introduction to NRCSE Quality Mark Recognition

12.15 – 13.30          Scrutiny of portfolios (Independent Educational Expert, NRCSE representative). Scrutineers note any questions for clarification, extra evidence needed and areas for development.

13.30 – 13.50       Presentation from Alex-Z  Answering questions for clarification and additional evidence (20 minutes in total)   

13.50 – 14.10       Presentation from Zone 7 Club Answering questions for clarification and additional evidence (20 minutes in total)   

14.10 – 14.30            Presentation from HADAF. Answering questions for clarification and additional evidence (20 minutes in total)

14.30 – 15.00         Scrutineers complete recommendation forms, in confidence.

15.00                          Next steps and end of meeting.
