NRCSE Supplementary Schools Conference

March 1, 2022 By nikitajoshi Leave a Comment

We are pleased to invite all supplementary schools and out-of-school settings (OOSS) to the NRCSE Supplementary Schools Conference, celebrating ‘Creativity, Youth Voice and Quality Mark Awards’.

The conference is an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of supplementary schools who have completed the NRCSE Quality Mark and to hear about NRCSE’s vision for the future and what this means for the sector. We will also look back at the collaborative projects on Creative Teaching and Learning and Children’s Rights with UNICEF UK. Those who attend the conference at Resource for London will be able to join one of two workshops:

Workshop One – Creative Teaching and learning (CTL) with Patrice Baldwin

Workshop Two – Children’s Rights with Martin Russell (UNICEF UK)

You will have the opportunity to network with other supplementary schools, support organisations and funders during the lunch hour.

For those unable to travel to the conference, you can join the presentations via Zoom. Please choose this option when booking a place. (You will not be able to attend a workshop if you choose this option).

What Supplementary Schools tell about us

It’s important to be part of a strong network of supplementary schools, receiving the training and the information helped us to support our teachers and it’s great to know that there are so many other supplementary schools doing the same thing as us and it was great to be empowered to start our new school.
